    Role Summary

    To manage the day-to-day Logistics operations by handling timely procurement, delivery of high-quality cost-effective products along with processing of assigned customer orders.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
    • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
    • Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
    • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
    • Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority
    • Invite, assess, award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals
    • Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers
    • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists
    • Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine document
    • Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased
    • Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance
    • Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies
    • Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices
    • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management

    Personal qualities

    We are looking for a versatile Senior Procurement Officer in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:

    • Excellent verbal and written English skills
    • Bachelors degree in Business administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
    • A minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the procurement field preferably in the field of fit-out construction or joinery manufacturing industries
    • Problem Solving Skills
    • Teamwork Skills
    • Negotiation Skills
    • Networking skills
    • Computer Skills such as Microsoft office
