Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Document Controller position (as well as other vacancies in KSA) shall be flexible and adaptable. Role Summary
Maintains and manages all important project documents while also ensure their accuracy, quality and integrity and assures that it is easily accessible and stored. Maintain and examine files related to release blueprints, drawings, and other documents related to manufacturing and site work in compliance with the local government regulations.
Role Description
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, legal and commercial correspondence.
- Input document data into the standard information systems ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Generate the various document control reports as required.
- Maintain site documents, and follow up of all required documentation for legal compliance and project completion
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors, and suppliers as applicable
- Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly
- Maintain the documents and drawings in the office space provided under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project
- Assist with effective file management and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed
Personal qualities
- We are looking for a Document Controller in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:
- At least 3 years related work experience in office work, documentation, and control.
- The position requires a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relative discipline.
- Knowledge of Fit out and Contracting Industry would be an advantage.
- Good at Teamwork
- Keen on detail orientation
- Prioritizing the tasks based on the requirement.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work
