We executed the office fit out works including MEP for our client's first Headquarters in the Middle East.

Our Hong Kong-based client moved into a warehouse space in ADAFZ Logistics Park, and we were appointed as the turnkey fit-out contractor for their first Headquarters in the Middle East.

For this project, we delivered a range of decorative metal works and FLS systems.

Meeting our client's needs with clear and transparent communication is always our top priority, and our operations team went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place for the grand opening of their headquarters.

Designed by Say Studio, the space features a fresh, open, and modern workspace that accommodates 70 people across six departments. The design embraces the warehouse's architectural elements, resulting in a refined, minimal, industrial, and bold aesthetic.
