    We believe in building a sustainable future, one project at a time. Our commitment to environmental responsibility is reflected in our portfolio of LEED-certified projects. We set standards by integrating innovative, eco-friendly solutions into our builds.

    Starbucks LEED Certified
    Starbucks leed platinum

    We have carried out the manufacturing and interior joinery for the GCC's first LEED Platinum Starbucks store. The store in KAFD, Riyadh, is one of the first F&B stores in the GCC to have been awarded the prestigious LEED Platinum certification, and one of only six Starbucks stores globally.

    ESTIDAMA Certified Projects

    We completed the interior fit out of 19 luxury retail boutiques within Zayed International Airport, Abu Dhabi, while adhering to the airport's strict ESTIDAMA standards. The Midfield Terminal Building achieved 3 Pearl design rating and is now the highest rated airport in the GCC, and the largest singular building to ever be rated.

    Solar Panels Installation

    At our Bahrain camp facility, we produced 55,654 KWH of electricity in 2023, demonstrating our commitment to leveraging natural resources for environmental support and reducing power consumption.

    Energy-Saving Sensor Lights

    Installed in our Bahrain offices, sensor lights strategically target areas with shorter occupancy durations, such as lobbies and walkways, effectively reducing energy consumption.

    Paper Reduction Initiatives

    We've significantly reduced paper usage by developing online systems & modules, thanks to the collaboration of our department heads & IT team. Our new paper and cardboard waste management process further supports a sustainable workplace.

    Since June 2023, our systematic waste management policy has resulted in almost zero chemical wastage.
