We completed a full hotel refurbishment for this world-renowned luxury destination, including guestrooms and public areas.

Previously hailed as the number one luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia, The Oberoi, Madina is widely regarded as one of Madina’s most prestigious five-star hotels and is often frequented by royalty, celebrities and global entrepreneurs. One of its most unique and alluring features are the incredible views of the Prophet’s Mosque, directly from the guestrooms.

Embracing the essence of traditional elegance, our team embarked on an extensive phase one hotel refurbishment project, breathing new life into 291 guestrooms, including the Royal, Executive, and Junior Suites, as well as all standard rooms. Our hospitality manufacturing and fit out team were also tasked with revitalising all public areas, encompassing banquet halls, meeting rooms, public restrooms, and corridors.

We stripped each guestroom down to its shell and core before crafting and installing custom FF&E and joinery.

The majority of these millworks were expertly manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory in Bahrain. From doors to wardrobes, panelling to archways, headboards to coffee tables, and mirrors, – every element was carefully crafted to perfection before being shipped to site for installation.

This hotel refurbishment was managed by our fit out team with exceptional care, as the hotel remained open to guests throughout parts of the project. Our excellent communication with the client ensured the process was a smooth operation, with minimal disruption to the five-star guest experience.
