We created an extraordinary experience at The St. Regis Kuwait.

Nestled within the Sheraton Towers complex, The St. Regis Kuwait offers guests an exceptional experience, seamlessly blending opulent suites with unrivalled facilities. We were entrusted with an extensive refurbishment to elevate the hotel’s luxury appeal, ensuring that every detail reflects the brand’s renowned standards. Despite disruptions from the COVID-19 pandemic, our dedicated team implemented effective mitigation plans, successfully completing the project on schedule while maintaining the standards of The St. Regis brand.

Following Phase II of the project, we transformed 2,200 sqm of public areas and 3,000 sqm of guest rooms, delivering 40+ beautifully designed rooms, from cosy standard rooms to luxurious presidential suites. We also completed the full fit-out of Al Hambra Restaurant, a vibrant indoor-outdoor Spanish eatery at The St. Regis Kuwait

St. Regis Kuwait - Havelock One Interiors

Our work included the fit out and coordination of high-end joinery, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

We chose custom natural veneers and luxurious upholstery, along with elegant marble and warm oak wood flooring, to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Motorised curtains and smart film glass partitions brought in a modern touch, while plush headboards and natural oak panelling added a layer of luxury. Navigating the unique challenges of renovating a historic building, we thoughtfully addressed structural issues during the demolition of concrete attic slabs and standardised room sizes to ensure a cohesive final look.

In Phase ll, we enhanced the design by introducing elegant decorative wooden and glass screens throughout the hotel.

These custom-designed features serve as both practical partitions and intricate works of art. The wooden screens showcase exquisite hand-carved detailing combined with laminated glass panels etched with bespoke patterns, offering an air of refinement and privacy without compromising the flow of light or sense of openness.

This phase was truly a global effort, with the design created in Dubai, MEP and civil works carried out in Kuwait, and joinery custom-made at our Bahrain facility. Marble for the flooring was cut in Italy, while materials were sourced from around the world to bring everything together seamlessly.
