We carried out the extensive renovation to bring the story of Salero to life.

Salero offers a Spanish culinary experience with live cooking and entertainment in a social atmosphere. This tapas & bodega restaurant in Bahrain is located at the first floor of The Westin City Centre. Designers from LXA created the narrative and brand for the Salero Bahrain project, and we carried out the renovation to bring the story of Salero to life. The restaurant’s prominent features are its upper and lower dining spaces with hanging illuminated rattan baskets.

We manufactured the communal and dining tables and sofa seatings to evoke comfort in the space.

Salero’s impressive open kitchen with bar counters features a suspended hood, which we have built with stencil artwork all around. The standout bottle display shelf and sliding doors were also produced in our factory and installed on-site.

Besides mirror-clad walls, we also used a walnut design for the wooden wall claddings and routed panels. Other materials include granites for tops, stainless steel finish for kitchen equipment and porcelain tiles of 2400x1200mm size. Although the pandemic affected the material delivery timelines, our specialist fit-out team carried out the MEP works and took care of the turnkey fit-out process at this restaurant within just eight months.
