We completed three art-filled Lighthouse outlets in the UAE, including Dubai Hills Business Park, and crafted a luxury hanging library bar at Yas Bay.

The Lighthouse, a Dubai-based restaurant and concept store founded in 2017 by Hashem Montasser and Hany Bassiouny, blends food, creativity, and design. We completed turnkey fit-outs for its outlets at Palm Jumeirah (Nakheel Mall), Yas Bay, and Dubai Hills Business Park.

Our UAE-based F&B fit-out team brought the client’s vision to life, delivering a complete fit-out for the restaurant, bakery, and retail space, including MEP works. Designed by Archer Humphryes Architects, the Dubai Hills location is emerging as a standout in the city’s vibrant dining scene.

The Lighthouse Restaurant gets its visual identity from Dubai-based T.Zed Architects, with regional artworks and sculptures.

At Yas Bay, we manufactured and delivered bespoke joinery from our Bahrain factory, including a luxury hanging library bar with four shelf levels for cocktails and coffee table books, a ten-seater chef’s table for casual family dining, a bakery, and a waterfront terrace for Mediterranean-inspired dining. Despite late-stage design revisions, our team adhered to tight timelines, ensuring the restaurant opened successfully during a peak period, achieving complete client satisfaction.

For the Dubai Hills Business Park outlet, we utilised beech wood, terrazzo, engineered wood parquet, and textured finishes to craft a sophisticated and ambient space. The fit out included custom joinery, seamless terrazzo countertops, and acoustic solutions, carefully balancing functionality with aesthetic design to enhance the dining experience.
