We created a luxury living experience at the Grand Hyatt Residences.

We undertook the turnkey fit out for the public areas of Grand Hyatt Residences in Kuwait, designed to deliver a hotel-like experience that blends modern luxury with functionality.

Grand Hyatt Residences – Turnkey Fit out by Havelock One Interiors

87 apartments were transformed with decorative lighting and curtains, while also providing furnishings, fixtures, and equipment for the ground floor and joinery for public and back-of-house areas.

The entrance features a large metal fence and sliding door with a custom cutting pattern design, adding a unique aesthetic touch while serving a functional purpose. We enhanced existing finishes to align them with the new design, elevating the overall quality standards.
