We delivered a flagship destination for Delvaux’s Middle Eastern debut.

When Antefixe and Richemont approached us to fit out Delvaux’s first and largest boutique in the Middle East, we knew it would be a landmark project. Delvaux, the world’s oldest manufacturer of fine leather goods, is renowned for its Belgian craftsmanship and rich heritage.

This destination in Dubai Mall's famous Fashion Avenue showcases our ability to create exceptional spaces for luxury fashion.

We worked closely with Antefixe to bring the design vision of Architect Vudafieri Saverino Partners to life.

Our highlights include an antique leather cutting tool exhibit from Brussels at the entrance, adding historical charm, while the shop front features a pale gold metal finish with decorative black trims for a refined exterior.

Inside, a custom black marble counter, crafted by our joinery team, serves as the boutique's striking centerpiece. A muted burgundy fabric-covered vestibule leads to an exclusive lounge, designed for Very Important Customers (VIC), featuring custom wallpaper inspired by De Stijl and Piet Mondrian.
