In Manama’s lively Adliya district, we partnered with Food Fund International (FFI) to establish Clay in The Terminal building.

This turnkey fit out reflects Clay’s Japanese-Peruvian culinary fusion. Known for brands like The Meat Co., FFI sought a warm, natural interior for Clay that blends earthy tones, wood, marble, and parquet flooring to create a relaxed yet sophisticated ambiance. Our team executed every detail with precision, transforming the space into an immersive dining experience that aligns with Adliya’s cultural vibe and FFI’s commitment to memorable, sensory-driven environments.

Our joinery and upholstery teams delivered intricate wood carvings and tufted banquettes, inviting guests to settle in and connect.

In addition, we installed textured, tinted glass doors, windows, and countertops that frame hypnotic views of the city. Don’t miss the hand-painted ceramic mural or the ceiling installation above the bar, where clay spheres and Japanese paper lanterns create an intimate atmosphere.
