Celebrating the company’s 25th Anniversary, we hosted a Beach Fest for factory workers at The Lost Paradise of Dilmun, Bahrain

As the sun-kissed shores of Lost Paradise of Dilmun, Bahrain, played host to our Beach Fest, themed ‘Consider it Fun’, the air was filled with excitement and anticipation. To thank our people for their unwavering dedication to ensuring our commitment to excellence, we took the opportunity to celebrate our factory workers with a fun-filled day of activities. Almost 1,000 employees joined us to mark this significant occasion.

A Beach Paradise Comes Alive

The Lost Paradise of Dilmun provided an idyllic backdrop for the Beach Fest, where sun, sand, and water rides awaited our teams. Throughout the day, the DJ brought the vibes, creating an electric atmosphere which was the backdrop to a mix of beach activities, from thrilling water sports to friendly tug-of-war matches.

A big Thank You to our teams

Our management team gathered on stage to say a big ‘Thank you’ to all, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony with entertainment and dancing. Our people are the backbone of our organisation, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without each and every person’s contribution.

Beach Activities and Team Building

Throughout the day, we enjoyed tackling exhilarating water rides, competing in friendly matches and a variety of beach games. These experiences not only brought our people closer together, but also encouraged collaboration and strengthened bonds.

As part of the celebrations, we took the opportunity to recognise the outstanding contributions of our factory workers. Certificates of excellence were presented to those who had demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill, and commitment throughout their journey with the company. As always, it was inspiring to see the dedication and talent within our team!
